helpful staff great comfort tiny room fixed temperature
the location was very central. the staff was very helpful with our luggage until evening. it was a very clean place and it had a great comfort.
the room was tiny. i think the heating temperature was fixed because i tried to lower it. i ended up sleeping with the window open. this made it cold.

prime location attentive staff delicious pastries
the hotel's proximity to st mark's square meant morning strolls among beautiful architecture were effortless. the staff felt genuinely attentive, always ready with a smile and assistance. breakfast offered varied options, it, especially the pastries. i found the afternoon tea service lovely, a good touch after sightseeing.
the room was quite compact, and i found little space for luggage.

the hotel had a central location. it was a short walk to attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the staff was helpful with directions i needed.
my room was very small. the elevator felt old and was also small. i could hear noise from the corridor and the noise disturbed me at times.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to St Mark's Square. It was just a few minutes away. The staff were Really good and always ready to assist with directions. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea provided. It added a nice touch to the stay.

the staff was very friendly. decor was as expected, lovely.
somehow i ended up with an economy room, it must have been the only option left when i booked. the room was tiny! my friend and i are well traveled, and this was by far the smallest hotel room we'd ever seen.

The front desk staff was very helpful . breakfast had a good variety and was hot each morning. the shower offered great water pressure. It was very refreshing. the location was excellent and close to many attractions.
the hotel elevator seemed quite old. it was also very small. i found the experience a bit unnerving, and i hope it gets updated soon.

the hotel is ideally located halfway between san marco and san pedro. access to water taxis is a short walk away. the waterfront is also easily accessible from the hotel, it is very practical.

noticeable smell old hairdryer
The economy double room was quite small. I found it rather cramped. there was a noticeable smell of sewage at times. This was unpleasant. the hairdryer was quite old. Its performance was not satisfactory.
