the location was very central. the staff was very helpful with our luggage until evening. it was a very clean place and it had a great comfort.
the room was tiny. i think the heating temperature was fixed because i tried to lower it. i ended up sleeping with the window open. this made it cold.

the hotel's proximity to st mark's square meant morning strolls among beautiful architecture were effortless. the staff felt genuinely attentive, always ready with a smile and assistance. breakfast offered varied options, it, especially the pastries. i found the afternoon tea service lovely, a good touch after sightseeing.
the room was quite compact, and i found little space for luggage.

The front desk staff was very helpful . breakfast had a good variety and was hot each morning. the shower offered great water pressure. It was very refreshing. the location was excellent and close to many attractions.
it was also very small. i found the experience a bit unnerving, and i hope it gets updated soon.

The economy double room was quite small. I found it rather cramped. there was a noticeable smell of sewage at times. This was unpleasant. the hairdryer looked quite old. Its performance was not satisfactory.
